The texts I work with are quotations from real reference letters.

The subject is sexual discrimination, even if unconscious, that's implicit in the language that some people (specially men) use when referring to women, often loaded with a condescension that takes out reliability from the speech.

I put under discussion this expressions enlarging them into an unusual scale.

Shown in this format they achieve an importance that they’ve never had, and it gives them the chance to become a subject of reflection. Viewers are obliged to read them when passing by.

And the question that they should ask themselves is: would this person sound so paternalist when writing about a male student?
